Your Government Contracting Experts

The Northeast Michigan and Southwest Michigan APEX Accelerator (formerly PTAC) are not-for-profit organizations that provide free services to teach businesses how to sell their products and services to federal, state, and local government agencies.

Our mission is to help support and stimulate economic development in Michigan and enhance national defense by assisting regional businesses with finding,  pursuing, obtaining, and performing on federal, state, and local government contracts. Through seminars, events, training, and one-on-one consultations, we work to help local businesses succeed in the government marketplace. The APEX Accelerators program focuses on building a strong, sustainable, and resilient U.S. supply chain by assisting a wide range of businesses that pursue and perform under contracts with the DoD, other federal agencies, state and local governments, and with government prime contractors.

APEX staff are subject-matter experts on procurement opportunities and contracting activities, providing the most current and relevant information available. Your APEX Counselor will provide insights into the research process and coach you through the government contracting process, from start to finish!
